In this way, refunds will not be made for orders that have been proven to have been sent and that, for such acts, have been lost. 4. Orders By placing an order, you are confirming that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to product acceptance and availability. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted. There is only formal order when you receive this information from us and make payment. If payment is not made within 48 hours after order confirmation, it will be automatically cancelled. In case of out of stock we will contact the customer via email. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The delivery fee to the destination location will be added to the value of your order. 7. Promotions Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated. If a promotion is only valid for orders over a certain amount, that quantity does not include delivery. 8. Delivery With Stock all orders are normally delivered within 4-5 days. Once your order has been sent it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. The delivery period indicated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be shipped to the address provided by your order. If your delivery address is outside Portugal, you may be subject to import duties and related taxes, which are charged when the order arrives in your country. You must beware of such additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. 9. Return Policy The requested goods must be returned within 20 days from the day your order was placed. All goods are marked with tags, so you will not be able to remove them if you wish to return them. Cordel – stylish moms & kids will not accept goods that show signs of wear, washing or damage after shipment. We recommend that you return the goods by registered mail, keeping the receipt and shipping reference until you receive the new item. We will not be responsible for goods that are lost on this route. 10.
